GMHC Presents Fashion Forward November 1, 2007 A Celebration of Style in the Fight Against AIDS Gay Men’s Health Crisis (GMHC) will present FASHION FORWARD, a spectacular celebration of fashion and style on Thursday, November 1 from 7-10 PM. It will be hosted by Tim Gunn, of “Project Runway” and “Tim Gunn’s Guide To Style,” both on Bravo. Fashion Forward kicks off at the Altman Building, at 135 West 18th Street, in Manhattan. Fashion Forward celebrates the fashion industry’s commitment to fighting HIV and AIDS, and their support of GMHC for over two decades. The evening will include a cocktail reception, live and silent auctions, and a runway show with selections of men’s and women’s fashions from the Spring/Summer 2008 collections of celebrated designers including Andrew Buckler, Heatherette, John Bartlett, Perry Ellis, Peter Som, and rag & bone. Ford Models, Q Model Management, and Major Models Management will provide some of today’s hottest runway models, including Chad White and Fatou, who appear in the Fashion Forward promotional spot. “Fashion has always been about stepping out, being in front of the crowd and making bold statements,” said Marjorie J.
